Has come and gone. We had a great day, still recovering from the loss of sleep. Poor Kye couldn't sleep so was up most of the night, vibrating. We got up nice and early and opened our gifts. The kids really seemed to enjoy what they got. My parents came by with their gifts and then it was off to the farm. Jeff and I are struggling to find homes for all of our new stuff, and we did a big toy purge in November too make room.
I think the coolest gifts the kids got were their personalized items. They got towels and lunch boxes and Ainsley got a nightgown that says Beanie on it. I don't think the kids could pick a favorite this year. They got so much cool stuff. My personal favorite was the family ring and Bon Jovi tickets. I am pretty excited about my new bakeware and crockpot too. Jeff got a super cool telescope and he no longer has I Pod envy.
I feel like we are a truly blessed family to have so many people who care about us.
